Built to observe.
Not to ask.

The problem

Most leadership tools ask you to describe yourself. People describe who they want to be. 40Hz watches what you actually do.

The name

The system is named for the gamma wave frequency, the brain at peak cognitive performance. That frequency is measurable. So is the gap between where leaders think they operate and where they actually do under pressure.

The origin

40Hz was built by Di-Ann Eisnor, a former executive at Waze and Google, board director, and investor who has evaluated leaders across board governance, AI governance, startups, and pre-IPO companies. The patterns 40Hz measures came from watching how leaders actually behave when the stakes are real, not how they describe themselves in assessments or interviews.

The instrument

The instrument observes four behavioral dimensions in a single live conversation: how clearly you transmit the real problem, how long you stay in difficulty before resolving, how hard you push outputs until they're actually true, and whether you recognize what forms that neither party brought in. Scored from behavior. Not self-report.

The result

The result is your 40Hz profile: your type, your gap, and the one move that changes your trajectory. Fifteen minutes. One real tension. The system tells you what it saw.
